Q. How do I make a Booking?

A. You can make a booking on our instant online booking system, or you can also email us on info@aerosparking.co.uk or call us on 0208 813 8333.

Q. How does Aeros Parking Meet & Greet Work?

A. We pride in making your journey stress-free. Once you book with us, call us 30 minutes prior to arriving at the terminal. Our chauffeur will meet you, confirm your details, and park your car securely. When you return, call us after you’ve collected all your baggage, and we’ll return your car back to you in the same manner.

Q. How do I make a payment?

A. When you make an online booking with us, you will be directed to a secure payment page, where the fee will be debited from your debit/credit card.

Q. Where will my car be parked?

A. Your car will be parked safely and securely in our secure car park.

Q. Are all the chauffeurs insured?

A. Yes, all our chauffeurs have full liability insurance cover to drive your vehicle.

Q. Do I have to sign anything or does the driver give me a receipt for parking?

A. Yes, you will have to sign the confirmation when you hand your vehicle to us to confirm that there are no valuables left in the car. On return, you have to sign the confirmation to confirm that your vehicle has been returned to you.

Q. What are your operating hours?

A. We operate from 05:00 to 23:59 PM.

Q. Are your quoted fares fixed fares?

A. All our fares are fixed, except in certain circumstances, when our driver had to wait longer than the allocated free waiting time, or if there’s any additional drop-offs, pickups, or diversions, there will be additional charges.

Q. What is your cancellation policy?

A. A booking can be cancelled by giving us advance 24-hour notice. See Our Terms & Conditions.

Q. I want to cancel or change my booking?

A. All bookings are flexible. Please provide us with 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. We require a written request on info@aerosparking.co.uk. For cancellation, please provide 24 hours’ notice. If you wish to cancel later than the stated times, we regret we cannot give you a refund as we would have already reserved your parking space. If you give notice prior to 24 hours, you will be fully refunded minus an admin fee of £15. Amendments are free up to 12 hours prior to arrival. Any changes after this period will incur a £20 charge.

Q. What should I do if my flight is delayed or cancelled?

A. We monitor flights using a real-time flight arrivals site. If your flight is cancelled, call us immediately so we can reschedule your booking.

Q. Would I be charged for flight delays?

A. No, we do not charge extra for flight delays. We will amend the return according to the arrival time.

Q. What if I’m arriving early?

A. Please email us on info@aerosparking.co.uk with your booking ID, vehicle registration number, and details of the changes you wish to make. Amending a booking is free 12 hours prior to arrival. £20 is chargeable after this period.

Q. What happens on the day I return?

A. Please call +44 7414708708 / +44 208 813 8333 after you have collected all your baggage. Please provide your booking confirmation and ID proof to our driver at our designated desk, who will return your car and key back to you, along with the car park ticket, which will allow you to leave the car park within 15 minutes. You will not get a refund for any unused parking time. Ensure that you inspect your vehicle once it is handed back to you.
