At AeroParking, we understand that plans can change. Below is our cancellation policy to ensure a smooth process for our customers.

1. Cancellation Period & Refunds

More than 24 hours before scheduled arrival: Full refund issued to the original payment method.

Less than 24 hours before scheduled arrival: No refund will be provided.

2. No-Show Policy

If you fail to show up without canceling in advance, no refund will be issued.

3. Modification of Booking

You may modify your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival, subject to availability.

4. How to Cancel

To cancel your reservation, please:

  • Log in to your account and cancel under "My Bookings."
  • Contact our customer support at 0208 813 8333
  • Submit a cancellation request via email at info@aerosparking.co.uk
5. Force Majeure

In case of unavoidable circumstances such as extreme weather, flight cancellations, or emergencies, please contact our support team for assistance.
